Not sure how good the service is, I can only say it took the service manager 7 days to return my phone call. I wanted to have some work done on my 2016 Journey we were in Idaho thought maybe i could make an appointment. Got tired of calling and decided to hesd home.

UPDATE: 8/12/18 I returned to Winnebago service department after my first long trip in my rig. It was close to the warranty expiration date . I stayed the night in their full hookup lot. In the morning I was greeted at check in by a pleasant relaxed associate. After a short wait my certified expert in motorhome repair and diagnostics greeted me with the list I had submitted via email. Great techs perform service ON TIME! I had my MinnieWinnie in for about 10 different items that were causing problems and presumably were under warranty. Travis went through my rig with me, noted a few new things I had found since making my original appointment, and fixed them all. In a few cases, Travis realized that simply "putting it back the way it was" would not address the issue, so he added brackets, screws and caulking to make the fixes more robust so they would endure.
