I gave this store multiple chances before writing this review, but it urgently needs a complete overhaul of its policies, management, and quality control processes. The meat and seafood departments leave a lot to be desired (I'd rather not post those photos), but today was the final straw. I spent 15 minutes on the phone trying to reach a manager with no success. I would like to file a complaint regarding the assistant manager’s behavior toward a customer. The assistant manager was rude, disrespectful, and spoke to the customer in an inappropriate manner. Customers should be treated with patience, professionalism, and respect, regardless of the situation. I hope management will address this behavior and ensure that customers receive the level of service they deserve.
