Shows very little interest in my medical needs. Forgot I was in waiting room & I finally went out to the hallway & found a person and told her I had been waiting over an hour. We heard some people laughing and discovered Winkler was back in that room talking. She forgot I was there. She hurriedly came to check me out then and did nothing. She looked at my blood work & said just keep doing what you are doing. She has never shown any interest and is very unconcerned about me as a patient.
