Mr. Ryan Winkle was a nice, he greeted me with professionalism, curtesy, and respect. He gave me some info on the vehicle before I took it for a test drive. When I returned, he had the Carfax history report to me to review. After which, we discussed the price and warranty. Prior to my departure, he gave me some paperwork and said for me to contact him if I make a decision or have any further questions..
I asked for a Carfax two hours later he sent that good experience
Was responsive to my inquiry, but the car had sold.
I am looking for a Thunderbird with a matching hard top. Winkle Auto Sales got back with me the same day that I inquired about the top. They informed me that there was a top but not the same Merlot color. That is how it ended.
