District manager Christina has a piss poor attitude towards customers. Instead of addressing a problem she hides in the kitchen. Not to mention the grilled wings are NOT really grilled at this location. They are fried and then laid on the grill to obtain the marks. I was truly disappointed with my experience tonight. Doubtful that I will ever return to this location.

My husband and I used to frequent Winking Lizard in Independence often, will NEVER go back. The manager came over when my dinner order had been COMPLETELY messed up and placed incorrectly by our server, and said, "Sometimes we make mistakes" and was basically just going to walk away and offer NOTHING for our inconvenience or bad experience. My husband was already DONE eating his dinner by the time mine came out. It was ridiculous lol. Recommendedfood and service was fantastic
Our waitress was awesome! (I wish I could remember her name). She first asked us if we wanted to move to the small empty room because it might be quieter for Randy as he had both fingers in his ears! She also was very kind and accommodating in our ordering as we were not sure what Randy would try. In our opinion she went above and beyond the call and our tip reflected that. Next we are in Cleveland we will do our best to return again!!!
