this place is AWESOME. we travelled from New York and this happened to be across the street from our hotel. we went last night, tonight, and plan on going tomorrow night too! awesome atmosphere, delicious food (especially the wings!) and amazing servers. we've had chelsea s. and Janet o. and both were super personable and friendly! highly recommend!

I used to highly recommend Winking Lizards. And have visited several of the locations throughout Northeast Ohio. I frequently have been at the Galleria location 1-2 times a week for the past several years. And every Sunday for the past few years. After the way I was treated by their "Unmarked Security " and the Manager on duty, I will NEVER return to that Winking Lizard, or Recommend that Winking Lizard. Or any other one for that matter. We are here celebrating my husbands 54th birthday — with John Granny and Bill H Poole Jr.
Ordered take out, i walked out empty handed. Horrible service. Waited for 25 mins then they told me it'll be another 20 mins because my order was never printed! I would've gave you 0 stars but Google doesn't let me! Apparently it was my fault because i only got an "I'm sorry" from a manager when he gave me my money back. Thanks for wasting my lunch and my law firms!
this place was awesome! from the hostess, to the waitress to the food. prices were good too.
