I am very disappointed with wink beds. I ordered a luxury firm mattress after speaking with someone from wink beds telling them I am a stomach sleeper. I had been away a lot and when I had finally slept on it for 30 days with some back pain, I called less than two weeks after the trial period of 120 days ended asking if I could exchange it for a firm mattress. We've been very satisfied with our mattress and the customer service is unbelievably amazing.
Oh well. Now you will read the real review from the real customer, not the fake reviewers. I really wanted to love this mattress, but my experience with WinkBeds has been nothing short of frustrating. The mattress arrived compressed in an extreme way and felt soft and unstable from the very beginning completely unlike what was advertised (especially the “firm support” and “motion isolation”). My wife and I decided to buy a mattress after our tax return. We placed our order and a day later something came back as a mistake on our tax return and received less than we thought. I asked customer service if we could somehow change our financing, they were very supportive and provided a seamless process. We love the mattress too!
