My wife and I decided to buy a mattress after our tax return. We placed our order and a day later something came back as a mistake on our tax return and received less than we thought. I asked customer service if we could somehow change our financing, they were very supportive and provided a seamless process. We love the mattress too!

My husband and I chose Wink with high hopes after reading about its support for side sleepers and back issues, especially since I was pregnant. Supporting an American-made product was a point of pride, and we trusted Wink’s reputation for quality and durability. Initially, it was great. However, we experienced issues. Very comfortable and solid mattress, plus a well-constructed and easy-to-assemble frame, but these 5-Star products are unfortunately brought down by not-the-most-proactive customer service. The mattress shipped quickly. But turns out that parts were back-ordered for the frame. However, I was not contacted and by the time that I learned of the problem, my out-of-town guests were saddled with accessing the mattress on the floor (not great for seniors). I purchased a Luxury Firm mattress two years ago, it came in a bashed up box with holes etc. but customer service would not replace it saying the actual mattress would be fine. Disappointing for a $1k plus mattress. After a few months (past the trial period) the mattress became concave in areas causing hip and back pain which does not happen on the guest bed mattress. Mattresses are expensive choose wisely. Does not live up to the hype over time.

YES YES YES! i did a lot of research to find the just right bed that i was looking for. and wow did i make the right decision! bought a king luxury firm winkbed and well…im laying in it right now while writing this review. its the most comfortable yet supportive bed that i have ever owned. its heavy as sh*t to set up. so be sure to get it facing the right way before you let it unroll. i used to wake up with my back hurting every day before buying this baby. ive had it a year and love it so much. no, i am not a sales rep. jus... read more
