I wish I would've looked at Google reviews before ordering, instead of just the "unfiltered reviews" on their website! I can't even find a place to leave a review on the site (RED FLAG) so I'm posting here. The soft mattress I ordered is not at all soft. It is harder than my partner's firm mattress - and will not soften, per my review-based expectations, within the 30-day window. I have contacted WinkBeds twice, two days in a row, after the first two nights of use, during which I experienced totally disrupted sleep, which in turn adversely affected two long-held commitments yesterday for lack of adequate sleep. Absolute garbage product.....will never be anything more then a surface for my children to jump on, luxury mattress my rear end! Beware when buying this product because its geared toward larger people.....its a horrible mattress!
I had a disappointing experience with WinkBeds. I placed my order for a mattress and accessories on September 6, 2025, only to discover that my platform bed was missing. I reached out via email several times, seeking a communicative resolution, but unfortunately, my concerns went unanswered.
