I quit smoking in 2012 and gained 40 pounds. I have struggled to lose the weight. Keep gaining and losing the same 20 pounds. I started having trouble with my feet a year or so ago. I know my weight didn't cause it, but I know for sure, it isn't helping the situation. It's only been a week, but I'm down 7 pounds, and 5.75 inches.
