Over two months ago, I ordered two medium bites meals from this location and was completely shocked to find a long dark hair mixed into the food. When I called the store to report it, the staff admitted it was likely from the daytime prep worker who handled the boxes. I requested a refund, but was told the manager was away in Mexico and no one else could authorize it.
