Over two months ago, I ordered two medium bites meals from this location and was completely shocked to find a long dark hair mixed into the food. When I called the store to report it, the staff admitted it was likely from the daytime prep worker who handled the boxes. I requested a refund, but was told the manager was away in Mexico and no one else could authorize it. We got wings and garlic bread. Wings were delicious. We got sweet and sour flavor. The service was great. The restaurant is extremely clean. The staff is polite. Looking forward to going back to the same location again to try other flavors of wings. Lots of parking outside. We did a takeout. Overall it was a great experience for my family.

Delivery took 1.5 hours to arrive. Components were missing and were delivered even later. Food was ice cold and had to be reheated. Called the store and was put on “hold” during which I could hear the employees having a personal conversation. There was a nice long hair in one of the chicken pieces. Overall 0/10 experience.
