Terrible pick-up experience, order a pick-up in 30 mins advance, got a notification from doordash that my order is ready, arrive at the pick up point and they told me to wait for other 20 minutes??????
My order was canceled an hour after ordering saying they were out of the item. Wingstop could've contacted me for an alternative replacement for the flavor or the chicken itself or canceled the ordered long time ago, because I have prepared the rest of the food accordingly. Never ordering again. 3 stars because of the flavor and it was hot when it arrived previously.
Don’t waste your time !
They just delivered my order without ranch…. Literally how am I supposed to eat this? And they’re closed. This literally ruined my night and when I jump off my roof Wingstop will be liable for my funeral costs.
