LITERALLY THIS NOT THE FIRST TIME, I paid for all flats wings received 2 flats and all drums, this is an ongoing issue if we can’t get flats yall should remove it as an option! The wings is very dry and hard like they sit out all day after being baked
Believe it or not one of the better Wingstop locations around the city gave em 3 star for service and atmosphere because service is sort of slow and there isn't much of an atmosphere
Order delayed about 15 minutes, then said 20 minutes. they said the order was never in their system.

Do not order from this location. The food is great if you actually receive it but it will take 2+ hours to get to you and I live less than a mile away. Terribly inefficient
