food came cold and fries were cold. the food took thirty minutes. she told us 7. lasty, they racially profiled us and gave our order the name of “hector,”…. the name we gave her was Aldo.
Was horrible definitely dont recommend! People there are rude that work there and they got my order wrong 2 times in a roll. Horrible service!
Always forget something.
Absolute poor management, manager left in the middle of a rush. I told him I was there for a pick up in 40 minutes later they finally grabbed mine off the shelf. Wouldn’t go back if somebody paid for it
I’ve Had good experiences in the past here on late nights… but I went to place a to go order at 11:30 and I called them, got put on hold for 5 mins all for them to tell me there “closed” when the door says midnight… look I work in serving and restaurant industry for years and we would never turn down anybody! regardless of tip or how long they stayed. I’m also only ordering one order for me personally not like family meals or anything crazy. Kinda annoyed if you’re gonna close early then change your hours or don’t work there... read more
