They are really nice and friendly
called to place a to-go-order. left on “hold” waiting for someone to pick up for OVER an hour (no one answered the phone). I had time to drive TO this store, order inside, have the order made/picked up, AND delivered to who this was going to, while STILL on hold waiting for the store to pick up the phone. the staff, if they noticed my phone “waiting” for the phone to be answered, (on speaker by the way), seemed like they did NOT care to answer the phone at all. at least I was able to order food for who wanted it, and that pe... read more
Basic chicken sandwich(s) were unable to be eaten, had a chemical smell. Cajun corn overcooked. Drinks had no ice & pop didn't have a taste. Worse 51 dollars ever spent. If there was a negative star they would receive for food. Don't waste your $ especially in this economy.
Disgusting. It is never clean! Never. I don’t think management cares. The counters are always sticky. The soda machine is always filthy and leaking. They are always out of basic sodas. The drink area is so nasty you can’t set your drink down. The tables are always dirty. It’s just awful. Poor management clearly here. One day I went in and the lady was on her cell and I couldn’t get her to help me. It’s super gross watching DoorDash drivers make customers drinks also. The staff should do it for safety reasons.
