On April 10, I used the mobile app like alway to order my wings and fries. But the cashier rung me up for someone else order I told him that I did a online order. He charged me for a call and order with the same name as me. It came to 41 something. My order (Order # 544183801 )was supposed to be like $.33.55. I was charged for both. He said he voided the 41. We ordered online. Their site says my order should be to me by 429pm. I order at 351pm, as of 506pm my order still had not been picked up. I spent 19 minutes on hold. When I finally get through the manage Ida says that my order is still sitting there. I asked what's going on and the first thing that comes out of her mouth is it's not our fault its Doordash fault. Would leave one star if I could. No matter what he says, the manager Carlos gave our order to someone picking up. I have texts from our Doordasher saying how rude he was and how he said that our order was "picked up." Isn't the point of door dash DELIVERY? I am a very understanding person and understand delivery times are up right now. But to give our order to a pick up person? And then to be rude to not only me on the phone, but the door dasher? Unacceptable. Will NEVER order from this Wingstop again. Outrageous.
Usually the food is good. Tonight was just bad. Wings not cooked the way I ordered them and had feathers still attached.Had several broken bones and partial wings.Fries weren’t hot due to sitting under heat lamp. It took almost 20 minutes past the online time to get our order. Just all around a bad experience.
Here are my wings from my recent visit to Wingstop on North Tryon here in Charlotte. This is ridiculous.
