I ordered the 30pc Crew Pack consisting of 20 of the dry rub and 10 of the garlic parmesan on 8/22/20. When I was eating with my family we noticed that we only got 20 wings and basically the 10 pieces of garlic parmesan was completely missing from the order. I called back the restaurant and after patiently holding for about 10 minutes, the person who took my call said the manager will call me back. I never got that call back. I've been a regular over the years but I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

The woman that took my order at Wingstop was rude and nasty and rolled her eyes at me. When I called her on that she started yelling at me and made a scene in front of all the other customers. Nasty rude don’t go there

Today I received the worst service ever. I placed an online order for 12:30 pick up. It wasn’t even started when I showed up. Then an off duty employee came in made his own order and left before mine was done. The employee at the register was talking with her friend that doesn’t work there behind the counter, while he brushed his hair. I don’t think that is in the health code standards. When my order was complete I asked if the brownie I had ordered was in there. It wasn’t, and I was handed a frozen brownie...
After a not so great experience a couple weeks ago the manager went above and beyond to make things right. I went back tonight and used the credit I was given and the food was perfect. Great customer service!
