we ordered the flavor fix. 15 whole wings with large fries. $17.99. Chicken wings are very small. Chicken was dripping in grease and had hardly any seasoning on them. Not crispy at all. Fries were soggy, limp and under cooked. No seasoning. Very disappointed in quality, flavor, portion and presentation. We used to love WingStop on battlefield. We came here often They have been slowly going down hill. Tonight is the final straw for us. Spent $ 40.00 for dinner that wasn't worth $ 5.00 Save your money and eat elsewhere.

I went to the Wingstop today on Battlefield in Spfd, Mo I must say the wings were good but it was the worst customer service I have ever had. The daytime manager was just rude... There is no other way to describe. I ordered a 10 piece meal and when I received my order I immediately noticed I only had 2 flats. So I went to the counter and was told by the manager basically that's just how it is sometimes. She went on to say that the lady that had just got order ask for 15 flats and they had to go thru 3 bags to get them. I sai... read more
My fiancée and I were in town from Joplin and decided to stop in for some lunch. The cashier was very friendly in helping us look at a smaller menu to decide what we wanted. We will be back!
