Disappointed. Front desk service wasn’t friendly. When I got the wings home, 75% of them were this size. When the individual ketchup packet dwarfs the size of the “wing”, we’ve got a problem. We used to come here monthly, but prices have gone up and wing size is that of a hummingbird. 😂 I’ve literally never seen wings this small. Will probably go to Coyote’s Adobe from now on. My fry basket had a small white object in it. I pulled it out and was able to unravel it and determine that it was a straw wrapper (as pictured). There were no straws in our bag so this could not have come from me.
Usually the food is good. Tonight was just bad. Wings not cooked the way I ordered them and had feathers still attached.Had several broken bones and partial wings.Fries weren’t hot due to sitting under heat lamp. It took almost 20 minutes past the online time to get our order. Just all around a bad experience.
Great food! The wings are delicious, the fries are AMAZING, and the ranch dressing is perfect!! The music is good too. It is one of my grandson's favorite places and I am always happy to take him! 😁
I placed an order online today 12/28/19 around 1pm. I set it so our food would be ready for pick up at 4:30pm. Just spoke with the girl on the phone about what was going on since my husband was picking up the order and it was paid for and suppose to be ready. She had lost the ticket behind the sauces. She was saying dude a lot and didn't apologize for the inconvenience (not very professionalin my book). Moral of the story, 35 to 40 minutes later we now have food. Have loved Wingstop for a very long time until this weekend. Awful service, awful food, awful atmosphere, all the way around it left me wanting to cry. Sad, beautiful business going to ruins.
