Horrible customer service. Your cook sucks. Thanks for the salad with no dressing. Burnt chicken. Big orders require lots of sauce. I gave complaints & they ignore them. Ordered 3-4 times a week. Always a problem with delivery & ya get worst after every delivery. Ridiculous!!!

They forgot part of my order. I called and they fixed that promptly the bad part was my entire meal was cold. Never had this issue with Wings over Newington. Just horrible.

I absolutely love love love the food from this chain. However, this was my first time ordering from this location and I waited nearly 2 hours for my food to be delivered. The delivery guy finally called and said they were outside, turns out they had the wrong address.
So disappointed in both the service and the food. Burger was dry on a stale bun, they failed to bring the entire order and when they were questioned about that they got very condescending and rude. They've lost not only my business but my companies business.
