after being on hold for 11 minutes while i drove to Wings over West Hartford I asked the cashier if i could order. She yelled at me & said she was too busy. The manager who was cooking also was rude. I should not have been on hold 11 minutes. I am a paying customer. They both should not be rude , yelling at the customer
I’m so disappointed. I spent 29.00 dollars, on some soggy overly salted wings. The waffle fries were so hard, I almost broke my tooth. This is a disgrace of a restaurant, should be closed down. By far, the worst experience I ever had with them.

I ordered 15 wings and they wanna give me a small blue cheese.They wanted to charge me extra for another blue cheese.With a small Blue cheese that they give you only can eat about 7 wings.I will NEVER go there again!!!!!

terrible customer service I made a order on line the order was honey bbq, cajun teriyaki and parmesan how they got kickin bbq is what I want to know! I know what I clicked but since y'all want to be like that I'm boycotting WINGS OVER WEST HARTFORD! AFTER 27.00 WORTH OF FOOD Y'ALL WANT TO ACT LIKE ITS MY FAULT! BOOM JUST LIKE THAT Y'ALL WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER PENNY FROM ME

Delivery was half an hour late and the driver was rude. Because it was so late, my food was cold although they were dry and overcooked so they probably wouldn't have tasted any better hot. When calling to ask about when it would be delivered the person on the other end of the line seemed like they didn't know what they were doing. I had hoped the West Hartford location would at least be half as amazing as the Newington one. I won't be ordering from this location again.
I'm sorry but you guys were better when you were on the Hartford line...Now we pay $10.00 for 4 peices of boneless chicken and now you got to pay extra for celery stickes and extra blue cheese...Just sad...After going there for so many years i am truly dissapointed!
It was great the food was good and the cashier was hot...love that girl
