My first experience at Wings Over and food was delicious. The people were nice, but not very professional. They were cursing and horseplaying (which made me scared about whats been done to my food)The place could use a fresh coat of paint and little love. Bathroom also creeped me out. At arrival I almost turned around by the appearance of the building, but I gave them a chance. I will come back and try again though.
Ordered three different flavors they put them all in the same box couldn't even tell what flavors they where. When I called to let them know they where rude!

People have been ranting and raving about how great their wings are so I decided Friday night to try them! Well that was the worst decision ever! We were were almost done with the wings which are pretty good however the Ranch dry rub was the flavor I ordered and it was the last one left so I picked up and it had so many feathers on it I thought it was going to fly away! That was so disgusting and it lets me know that they don't clean there chicken! There is no way that many feathers got by however many people! I will NOT ord... read more

Andrea, we are very sorry to hear about your feathered mishap. The wings are clipped and cleaned at the factory, and then packaged and shipped to us. We go through several stages of checks with regards to those pesky feathers (and we do pick quite a few out during the cooking process) but unfortunately, some slip by. We completely understand how off putting they can be, which is why we go through so much trouble to get rid of them. We would hate to lose you as a customer and we would be happy to make it up to you.
I absolutely love love love the food from this chain. However, this was my first time ordering from this location and I waited nearly 2 hours for my food to be delivered. The delivery guy finally called and said they were outside, turns out they had the wrong address.
Every single time I order from this place after midnight, they don't answer the phone. Or when they do, it's after a 5minute ring. Then the food takes over an hour to get here, if it even comes at all. I have already had them "forget" to post the order in the system, or it "never went through". It's complete bull shit! Such a ridiculous and disgusting place to order from. Never ever again will I order from them, and I will make sure I will get word around.

Hi Mathew- Im sorry for the recent confusion. The hours for Somerville are Sun 11am-12am Mon-Tue 4pm-12am Wed-Thurs 11am-12am Fri-Sat 11am-2am dine in 7 days until midnight. We added to the menu that closing hours vary with school breaks and it is a school break right now so they are closing earlier. Fri-Sat they closed at 1:30am and on Sunday they close at midnight.
