Waited 80 minutes yesterday for pickup of a small order, we were not offered updates on the order or a refund while we waited in the pickup area over an hour and repeatedly asked about the status of our food.

The wings here are the best hands down! You can go to other places and pay for a atmosphere and over bread wings. Mannies got it going on here!
Not as big as it was but food is great.not very good parking
Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered wings at 1:20am and waited until 2:50am for the wings to be delivered, only to have the ordered cancelled on me at that time. I called the next day to speak with the manager and he said that I put the wrong number in the system; however, under "Special Instructions" I specifically asked the deliverer to call a separate number and that number was never called. The manager blamed me for the inconvenience. Just terrible.

Great wings, very clean joint. It is a place I would go to again and again.
This used to be my favorite wing spot in Greenville. It is now on my do not go to again list. I ordered delivery last weekend, and the wings all tasted like plain chicken. There was very little sauce on them, and the fries were soggy. Tonight I decided to give them a second chance, and ordered again. Since the wings had very little sauce before I asked for extra.
