ordered at 12:15 am and the woman who took our order (Selena) for some reason could not take our order correctly . At 1:45am we decided to just drive there since we did not receive our order . On the way there the driver calls us at 1:48am so we go back to meet him. Turns out the person who took the order gave him the wrong information even tho we asked her to reconfirm the address with us. So the poor driver went to the wrong address. I ordered boneless wings, fries, and a can of coke. The delivery person handed me a grape Fanta. I double checked the receipt and said I ordered a coke. I was told he didn't have one so I could take a fanta or a diet coke, neither of which I like. I know it is a small thing (the food was fine), but the point of delivery is that I get what I actually wanted, ordered, and paid for.

Loved the garlic Parmesan wings, I wish they were open earlier though on Tuesday when I work in the city
Juicy wings - really delicious! I don't think I've had such good wings in a long time. A "must-eat" in Ithaca. Recommend this place 100%. Garlic Parmesan-Citrus Chipotle-Honey Mustard are my favorites!
They delivered an incorrect order. I call and they say they'll send the correct order. An hour and a half passes, so I call back. It's about to go out. Another hour, I call back. The driver forgot it. They'll send it right out and refund the order. Food never came. I have serious doubts about the refund. Seriously, what kind of service is that? That's not even incompetence, that's just being rude and deceitful.

We did not. Same recipes as always. Call the store and we may be able to help.
This is strictly for the staff that answers the phones, as the food is great. We order take out from here often and were so happy when they opened back up. With that being said the last three times I've called I have had such rude employees taking our order, that I don't think we'll be ordering from here again which sucks bc we love the wings � If you dislike your job so much, find another please, don't take it out on others.
