Food always cold. Always forget drinks when delivered. Order $30 in chicken and get one blue cheese. Ask for extra celery and they charge for it. No one seems to know what they are doing there.
Delivery was half an hour late and the driver was rude. Because it was so late, my food was cold although they were dry and overcooked so they probably wouldn't have tasted any better hot. When calling to ask about when it would be delivered the person on the other end of the line seemed like they didn't know what they were doing. I had hoped the West Hartford location would at least be half as amazing as the Newington one. I won't be ordering from this location again.
Love the fried chicken sandwich with the dry Garlic Parmesan rub and also the Buffalo chicken sandwich. I don't dine in but the delivery service is good.
Great wings. Just bring back paper airplane, please!
