By far the worst customer service I have personally dealt with. I called in a order and spoke with a male representative who informed after taking my order I couldn't pay over the phone and have someone else pick it up. I go on to say don't place the order yet I'll call back and he says "wow" and hangs the phone up. Like is this honestly how they treat loyal customers? Does the company feel it's OK to do this. 1st time at Wings, OMG the food is Amazing. I missed out for a long time. Great job to all !!
So disappointed in both the service and the food. Burger was dry on a stale bun, they failed to bring the entire order and when they were questioned about that they got very condescending and rude. They've lost not only my business but my companies business.
