I rent many apartment around australia already that is the first time i facing with bad bad bad agent and landlord company cause they try to charge you many reason dont want return your bond after you moving out as charge the KEY LOST *****550$ for one key ( lived in melborne and sydney while lost key just only 50$-100$ but this company charge you 550$ more than one week rent??????????? and even i clean all already they still charge 1000$ for cleaning the heck what happend with them and when i moving dont got washing machine... read more

Unsupportive property management team. 90% of parcels delivered to the building mail room got stolen by random strangers and the building keeps saying they can do nothing.
