It seems parents are more interested in drinking and socializing than taking care of their children. There is an attendant in the pool but I can't believe how many children are left unattended, small children! This is the third time we stayed and after this last experience it will be our last. There is a blizzard and travel plans have been changed and this hotel will not let me cancel and refund my money with over 24 hour notice!! Rude! I won't and can't recommend this facility anymore. There are far better hotels with much better customer service and flexibility with reservations. The reservation would easily be filled. Note to the owner of Wingate, Please feel free to get a hold of me if you change your mind and would like to not charge me for a hotel room that I will not be using. We stayed here in August for 5 nights when we traveled to MT for a friends wedding. We are from NC and being so far from home, we felt at home! Our 4 year old loved the water park and we all loved the slides! We were there every day! The bed was so comfortable and loved all the pillows! Clean place to stay and will be staying again if we ever make it back out there. Continental breakfast was pretty good- waffles were the best! It was nice to be close to the airport too!

Wingate is a well run and well organized hotel with all the necessary amenities. Kim and her staff are a pleasure to work with and are always attentive to our field team members. Kim Sawyer the manager has a horrible mouth on her. I have never been spoken to so disrespectfully. Not only did she hang up on me 4x’s but said if I called back she would alert the police. What kind of establishment is this? If the Genera Manager is like this I can’t imagine what the rest of the staff is like. I would never recommend this place or any of its sister hotels. Not even a 1 star hotel.
our first experience here was horrid the worst experience in a hotel i had ever had , we spoke at length to management about the issues we had , and tried it again, it was top notch, will we stay here again? that is a big yes very pleased with our experience this time around
Kids and even adults had a blast. We would have another party there !
