My kids love this hotel. We always have fun staying here.
We had a great stay at this beautiful hotel. Our room was large and spacious with a king bed, couch, desk, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker (pretty much all the basic amenities). We had a bathtub which we like because more and more hotels only have showers now. I think this hotel is great for short or long stays because the room isn't cramped like some hotels. Omg. Checked in 160.03 and there was a bed bug in our bed!! Called front desk they came and got the bug an pit it in a cup an plastic over it an said it was a bed bug on the cup. They never apologized. Got a diff room and the sheets were wrinkled like they had never been changed. They did not fit the bed an there was holes In the sides of the sheet. I must say that I was disappointed in the way the staff treated us. Everyone just seemed to have a bad attitude. Plus the room was not clean, black spots on the blankets, and the trim falling off the wall. You would think for as much as you pay, you might have a great stay. But I guess that doesn't matter to this hotel and especially the staff.
Rented a room for two nights. They re rented our room the Same day as check in. First morning we had housekeeping knocking on our door at 7:30 a.m. we checked out and will never go back!!
Our kids love the waterpark!!
