To start my room was not clean, toilet bowl was not cleaned inside, the floor sticky, the inside of the microwave has food spatter. The customer service younger female was not good, we were not welcomed and when I had made a request the girl was argumentative instead of helpful.
Very poor customer service on this date. To my surprise, I encountered unfriendly front desk personnel. One individual who was unwilling to solve simple task in meeting my requirements; for a clean, and safe room. One where the toilet, and rug should have been better attended too! Only one wash cloth, not enough towels, and non-friendly attitude!
Everything about this place is awesome! ...the staff is wonderful, the rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained, the location is perfect and I would recommend it in a heartbeat!
