This property was not only dirty, but the staff was awful. The people at the front desk were arguing with housekeeping over the walkie talkies. The excuse they gave was that their housekeeping staff was not known to be friendly. They were unable to find our reservation where we had booked through booking.com with my credit card. Frank the front staff was rather grumpy when checking in. I was put on the same floor as the group, when I asked to move, Frank said they were sold out. Yvonne, housekeeper, went to the manager. And I was put on 2 floors away. I went to the fitness room. The machines didnt work. It was disappointing.
