Sadly if I can rate this a negative I would. Very poor communication with staff. In particular with Ms. Navarro, the front clerk staff. Was not informative about the rooms until purchase was already made. Had a very nasty attitude and made my stay so uncomfortable that I decided to leave. It’s a shame considering the place being remodeled at the moment. Your hotel can look as fancy as you may want it to look but with people as such working there and being the first impression of the hotel will definitely run customers away. ... read more
