First time staying at this chain of hotels and i have no complaints. Bed was super comfy, clean and spacious room, bathroom had all the amenities
I am a rewards member. I arrived several hours early. I did not mention I was a REWARDS member as it should not matter. The desk personnel were kind enough to allow me to sit in the lobby for the 4 hour wait until the official check in time of 3pm. I sit here because I was dropped off without transportation until my flight out tomorrow. So glad I have a reservation! UPDATE: shortly after I wrote this the hotel found a room and let me check in at 2pm. rhe Room is fabulous! either a new facility or one vastly remodeled

muy bueno yo lo uso sólo para dormir cuando vengo a Reynosa pasó de día a México y de noche duermo aquí. muy buen servicio muy amables y muy limpio a mi mujer le gusta que tiene gym y desayuno pegado a el mall y muy variados restaurantes en esta area
