Spa jets were weak. No therapeutic effects from gently swirling water. And why are there no towels by the pool?
I started a new job which has me traveling alot ill be going to lethbridge most often and i tried a few different spots in lethbridge but nothing is as nice and has friendlier staff than the wingate (minus the unbothered dog who just chills but hey if i was a dog id be dogging it just like that dog). The staff are courteous and welcoming, they are attentive to any needs i may have and they genuinely seem like they care which is becoming rarer by the day. Great service I would like to thank Kim for very nice welcome and when I left my pillow behand they shipet to me to Winnipeg in very short time . Thank you to Wintige thank you Kim I will remember your plasant smile welcoming me and my grandson .
Had an overnight stop over in Lethbridge and stylated at the Wyndham Hotel, and it was great! The staff were super friendly and the complimentary breakfast was one of the best I've had. Only suggestion would be to give the swimming pool a good cleaning, the tiles were a little dirty... But great experience overall.
