Entire room smelled like wet dog. Also bed spread had blood stains. The breakfast bacon was cold . The front desk clerk tried to spray room with Fabreese Air to mask the stench At checkout all they said was sorry as they took our money. No refund . Nothing. We were in room 129. Do not stay there

Good hotel at a fair price. We stayed one Sunday night, arriving about 16:30. Reception was friendly and quick. We had a third floor room with 2 doubles, city view. It was nicely appointed but missing a desk chair. When I phoned the front desk, she noted it but queried if I wanted one. I said yes (as it provides the only seat in the room). Kinda felt like I was imposing on housekeeping to get me one?! The bathroom had no tub, but a first class shower stall. The beds were very comfy. Good for the price. Rooms are clean, updated. The pool is in need of reno comparatively, but functional and perfectly fine. Good location for travellers but not if you're planning to spend time in Kamloops
