Follow up to my last review. I contacted the hotel manager on Sept. 16 and asked her if she needed my credit card number in order to issue a refund. She said no and that she was busy. Well, it has now been over 2 weeks, and I have yet to get my refund. And I have had no further communication from the manager!
Having stayed here before without major problems, my husband and I decided to stay here again. Big mistake! The first room we were given had a nonfunctioning TV or coffee maker. So we were given a different room. In that room the refrigerator was full of water and not working. So, my husband had to put his insulin in the fridge by the check in desk. When I went to make coffee there were 4 coffee pods next to the coffee maker. Unfortunately, 2 of them had already been used! Also, there was a coffee pod still in the machine! I... read more
