Wonderful customer service. I had booked through a booking app and couldn’t come last min. Totally accommodating great staff.
Front Desk clerk was very friendly and helped with suggestions and directions for dinner. Came back to the room and was everything I expected. Nice, clean and spacious. Best part was the most comfortable bed ever. If I'm ever in the area again, this will be my stop for the night.
The room was nice with a lot of space. It could use another reading chair. The included breakfast was okay..just don't eat the rubbery eggs. I'm not sure how they acchieved that texture! But there were a lot of other cold options to make it worthwhile. I'll stay here again..it's close to my son & daughter-in-law's home in Plano.
Nice quiet place, big comfortable rooms, reasonable price.
