Booked a room through Priceline and made a mistake but before I realized it my CC had already been charged. Within 5 minutes of realizing my mistake I called the hotel and ask to cancel the reservation and explained that I made in error through Priceline because their app is not user friendly. Filthy room, no shampoo, ice machine broken and they say they have no idea when it will get fixed….visible stains on chairs in lobby and rooms, carpet very dirty and stained… people smoking marijuana you can smell it in hallway. Recommendedvery clean and friendly place. complimentary breakfast was very good. Both of the desk clerks were super nice and helpful. There was a Nathan on evenings and a Heather on days. Very accommodating establishment.
Nathan presented exceptional service from the moment I called with a booking error on my behalf to when my family and I checked in. The hotel is kept very well, you can tell it’s an older building but it’s taken care of. We’re here from out of town for softball and we have 5 more stays booked here.
I stayed here a month ago for just one night. The stay was fine. 30 minutes I checked out, I realized I accidentally left my Kindle tablet in the hotel room. I would normally go back and grab it but I was half way to Fortworth (our family was just in Frisco for the night visiting from out of town). the gentleman at the front desk at check in is super nice; clean rooms & pool; comfortable bed. I would recommend.
Been in and out of our room the last 2 days and was greeted every single time with a huge smile and friendly staff!! the guy tonight at the front desk helped my 2 older boys out at figuring out the snack machine and was friendly the whole time, I recommend highly.
