1. Sheets and towels were clean. 2. Water either had too much water softener or not enough. The water in the sink and shower was 'oily' feeling after using (without the use of soap). And, the water created a foam in the sink (without soap). 3. Smelled of cigarettes in public areas. 4. Coffee machine in the breakfast was out of order. It was clean. But customer service when we checked in was not customer service. Our rooms were supposed to be all together, but were split up on separate floors, never got the crib for the baby we requested and instead of being apologetic and trying to correct it, the lady in charge argued with us, saying it wasn't her fault! Jacuzzi also still not working.
Very nice and clean, staff is great! The bathtub can get a bit slippery almost fell. Other than that great night sleep and a wonderful HOT breakfast in the morning. We'll definitely be back
It is clean but could tell it was a older Wingate hot tub was out of order when we stayed, they had a good breakfast and had variety of items overall a good place to stay for the price
All was great but the cold water from the shower, jacuzzi, pool and hot tub.
