Checked in at midnight. They had my husband in one room and myself in another, instead of adding another night they added another room, it was not a good check in. The 1st room we were evenually assigned, was not cleaned properly, smelled of a damp dog, hair in the sink, dirty boot prints on the bathroom floor and never been vaccumed. Went back to check in, changed our room. The jacuzzi was STILL not working (that was important to me ). The whole place was cold. The room was cramped and dreary colors. It smelled of a damp dog. Staff was pleasant and breakfast was good.

My room had not been cleaned after the last guest checked out. Dirty sheets, hair in bed, and tub. Used soap in shower. Just NASTY. General Manager was rude and acted annoyed to have to "deal" with me.
Great hotel! Stay here every year. Clean rooms, clean hotel, great breakfast. Only downfall this time around was that the fitness center equipment wasn't in working or great condition.
Very good service and excellent facility but a little under staffed to handle the volume of a very busy day with a wedding also onsite. Breakfast fell short as they ran out of everything before the time was done
