Gave 3 stars because the first time we ordered, a couple weeks ago, the food was so good!! Today we are trying to put in a $50 lunch order. Online it says there are technical issues when we try to submit. So we called multipleeeeee times, with no answer. It is now 12:17, with your website stating that you open at 11? We still can't get through on the phone.
Placed an order on a Friday night for delivery. Purchased around $30 worth of food at 9:30pm. Website states they are open until 2am. Received an email confirmation for our order. Two hours later and still no food. Attempted to call the restaurant multiple times for an update and no one is answering the phone. It is now almost midnight and after waiting this long I still have no dinner and extremely limited options available. Ridiculous. Wings r amazing always hot n fresh and there celery is delish
The only thing I didn't care for was the cheese fries. Why did u give me fries half covered with shreaded cheese?? Ibwould have preferred a cheese cup.. the wings were amazing tho. Very fresh. We ordered food tonite for the fight, got all of our food except for my fries... Took 3 phone calls for them to bring fries. 4 hours terrible service for that...

Food was over cooked, waited 20 mins for my meal (I was a walk-in) and overall the staff seemed rude and clueless.
Long time frequent UPS customer here that is saddened by the choice to discontinue onion rings!!!
