Ordered for the first time last night and was severely disappointed. I wasn't given a delivery time, but I figured it would be about 30-45 minutes, considering I live less than 3 miles away. It took over an hour. My 1/4 burger was so dry and burnt that it could fit in the palm of my hand. Between the bun that was too big for my burger and how charred it was, all I could taste was bread and char, despite the fried mac and cheese and (also overdone) bacon that came on it. I wonder how many sales they loose by sticking customers who call in on a recorded message for 1/2 hour. Not everyone has the option to order online.
Called last week and order was wrong. The manager stated that he would replace the meal on the next visit. Called today for the "next visit" and now wants to offer 50% off. Will NOT be going back.
Great customer service! Helped us figure out what we got last time so we could repeat it! Great wings and great people.
