The lady I spoke to (said she was a manger) was super nice and helpful! The burger was fair but my girlfriend had ordered 10 piece boneless wings when it was delivered we pulled it out of the bag and the container was full of sauce actually so full it was pouring all over the bag as we pulled it out! Unlike the first time that we ordered our food it was frozen! The people are super nice they just need a little bit more common sense when it comes to preping a delivery

Placed an order on a Friday night for delivery. Purchased around $30 worth of food at 9:30pm. Website states they are open until 2am. Received an email confirmation for our order. Two hours later and still no food. Attempted to call the restaurant multiple times for an update and no one is answering the phone. It is now almost midnight and after waiting this long I still have no dinner and extremely limited options available. Ridiculous. The only thing I didn't care for was the cheese fries. Why did u give me fries half covered with shreaded cheese?? Ibwould have preferred a cheese cup.. the wings were amazing tho. Very fresh. We ordered food tonite for the fight, got all of our food except for my fries... Took 3 phone calls for them to bring fries. 4 hours terrible service for that...

I ordered some chicken tenders please tell me if this look like chicken tenders
Well, I am pregnant and order from here often. However when I call and am placed on hold for over 40 minutes, I can be nothing short of dissatisfied. I love wing zone and have never had issues calling in orders until recently. It's almost like they are avoiding the phone. A 40 minute hold is absolutely unacceptable. Please hire an efficient crew, you all will lose tons of business this way.
