If I could give less than 1 star I would. I live at the ***** on ****** and have been a resident there for over a year now. Here are my complaints. - If you do not rent one of their 33 internal parking spaces for an exorbitant amount of ****** dollars a month (there is a waiting list for this internal garage, it usually is a year) you are left to fend for yourself on the street and hope you can find a parking spot on busy weekends downtown. At the time of original construction the builder as well as the city approved the number of parking spots in our garage. I live at the flats on archer in Tulsa, OK. They advertise monitored parking. And while they do have monitored parking in the building they also work with a vender for a garage across the street. There is a long waiting list for the monitored, in-building parking. In the vender’s parking across the street, our car has been broken into twice. I currently live at Park Villa apartments in Tulsa, OK. I am in my second year there. I had issues from the beginning with my apartment but after months of fighting with them and contacting the health department 3 times, they finally started being proactive. That was very short lived and once the new lease was signed I was back where I started. From the beginning I have had issues with roaches. I told Winfield 70 days before the end of my lease that I was not renewing, and they confirmed that they cancelled my renewal. However, now they are trying to charge me an additional month of rent, stating that I didn’t give them a 30 days- Written vacancy notice. So, instead of getting $800 of my $1000 deposit back, they are coming after me for an additional $181. I lived at the Chesterfield on So, Harvard in Tulsa. Unfortunately, I cannot give a good review to this company. This said, the person I interacted with was very kind and tried to help, so I suspect the problem is with the company's attitude. Winfield was managing an apartment complex in Stillwater, OK where I lived from Dec 2020 to June 2022. In summary: 1. When I moved in the apartment had not been cleaned. a. Unprofessional crooks who discriminate, harass, threaten, cause harm to small animals by shooting them as a form of preventative maintenance. When they don't even do proper repairs or in a timely fashion. Echo Trail apartment is the worst place to live. moved in September 30,2022 and two hours after moving in a 17year old boy was gunned down and killed in the common area of the complex. 30 work orders man for the same issues needing repairs again and again in this 6 month span i have been here. 12 of witch where from day one... read more
Well, thanks to my contact with "Lisa" today, who sent me texts, I know not to EVER do business with Winfield Property Management in Tulsa, OK. She saved me precious time after repeatedly bullying me into scheduling an appointment on Monday. I called the leasing office of one complex and had left a voicemail. She said she could not answer any of my questions ahead of time and I would have to talk to a leasing agent. Horrible manager at Pin Oak Townhouses. Not a good place to live, too noisy, bed bug infested and the manager is very rude. The owners were very nice to work with, however they hired a manager in mid-2020 that is highly unethical, violating our lease agreement and harassing. Some people use their job to act powerful and treat others with hatred and disrespect. That was the extent of our 2-year ordeal at this property. We do quarterly inspections as well as pest control sprays and never found this to be true.
