Started going when they opened an office in Hebron. Over the years, it's been one thing after another. From them never coming to the hospital when my husband was admitted twice. To having to wait an hour in the waiting room, then another 45 min. in the exam room with no apologies and less than 2 min. exam. To our last incident of having important papers shredded and the receptionist lying, claiming I stated I didn't need them back. No apologies for that either, just attitude.
