An exceptional gastronomical experience! Every bite was exquisite and every wine paired was perfect. The service was amazing. I can’t wait to go back and do it again!!

Total hit - we read about Wine Vault online before coming to San Diego. We will make sure we visit again next time we are in town. The food and wine pairings are wonderful. And the service put the experience over the top. It's a great deal with the opportunity to sample some wonderful food and great wines.
What a wonderful surprise I had visiting this restaurant. The wait staff was very helpful in explaining the wine with the entree. Food was very good, wine exceptional . I would like to visit again on my next trip to San Diego.
I went on a night of a 5 course meal, unknowing. Eventhought the menu is set with no changes, they were very kind with my vegetarian needs and surprised me by adjusting the dishes to my needs. Thank you.
