What a great find! The service is unbeatable, so friendly, helpful and individualized. The food is super fresh with delicious daily specialties. The small plate tasting menu was a great way to sample their offerings: Cobb salad, mini filet mignon skewers and truffle mushroom ravioli. Not the cheapest place in town but worth the few extra bucks.

Amazing dinner & wines. We hope to visit again next summer
Have been driving round US for 14 days and this was the best meal by far we have experienced to date, a real gem for anyone appreciating well prepared fresh ingredients in a fine dining atmosphere. Staff are amazing, special mention to Kevin our waiter and the lovely Christy. We are only sorry we are not staying over longer or we would re-visit. We have many fine dining restaurants in UK but the Wine Cellar would stand up amongst them.

The Wine Cellar serves some of the most consistent, high quality food in Rapid City. They have a tiny, passionate kitchen with a phenomenal executive chef who pays attention to the details of each plate that is served. The whole restaurant has about 15-20 tables lending to a sort of private cozy feel. The servers are professional and kind. All in all, I highly recommend this place for a lovely meal and wine.
My Grilled Chicken in Rosemary Sauce and hubby's Salmon entrees were both outstanding!
