Yesterday I had bacon wrapped scallops, roasted brussels sprouts and carrots and a cup of the lentil/carrot/apple soup. I asked for a wine pairing and was offered cotes du rhone which I had never tried before. Now I am a big fan of cotes du rhone. I love learning something. Everything was perfect. Very relaxing. We had a birthday dinner with 14 people. We first met with Christy, who helped us understand the menu and helped us pick a few items we could narrow down to for ease of service. The food, all of it, was amazing. The filet was delicious and fork cuttable, the pheasant dish was incredible, the salmon was proclaimed the "best I've ever had" by several people, and the chicken in a hand made pastries was a huge hit.
