Fantastic Place to Dine While on a recent vacation to the Black Hills, we had the good fortune of eating at the Wine Cellar Restaurant. The decor is elegant, and yet you don't need to get "fancied up" to go there. My husband and son both wore casual slacks. I saw other patrons in blue jeans, and others in skirts. Excellent Dining Experience My girlfriend and I were traveling through Rapid City and were looking for a restaurant that would be a good break from fast food and other roadside fare. The Wine Cellar was perfect. The meal was delicious, service was excellent, and prices were reasonable. Entrees are in the $18-20 range, but come with a good salad, seasonal vegetables on the side, and bread. No complaints at all and would definitely recommend to anyone in or traveling through the area.
