I was a customer of Windy’s San Diego Flowers for 8 years. I spoke with Jim, the owner, on the phone several times. My last order was a premium Zen Artistry for my wife’s birthday. The arrangement consisted of purple dendrobium orchids, green carnations, etc. I paid over 90 dollars for the order including tax and delivery. After two days, the orchid blooms started to die.
