App was denied claiming lack of rental history but had MORE than app requested --- they're just taking app fees and scamming. No one will respond to anything. If the leasing is THIS bad, can't even imagine the management.
The management target tenant because of race or personal dislike New manager is rude. She tries to intimidate people. She threatens saying what we can or can not do without facts. She doesn't listen to tenants because she's on her own agenda. So glad when my lease is up. There is a lot of us looking for another place to live because they can't find any good managers for these apartments who can address issues with at least common sense. The office staff here, Gabrielle and Morgan, are kind, professional, patient. They go the extra mile in a job that can be really stressful. I had a very good experience working with them.
