I lived at windy ridge for 2 years and have a lot to say. First off I want to start with the good. This was my children’s first home, the place I brought my daughter home from the hospital. I had a very disappointing experience with Windy Ridge regarding my $300 deposit. My husband and I applied in 2023, but despite multiple follow-ups, we never received our refund. When I contacted the new manager, Olga Hernandez, in January, she initially seemed helpful and asked for my updated address to send the check. However, months passed with no response.
