Best move in experience I’ve ever had! Prince made my out of state move such an easy transition, the process was smooth & peaceful. Thank you Prince for always being available, answering the phone every 5 minutes for me and your willingness to go beyond to satisfy your residents will always be appreciated.
The management target tenant because of race or personal dislike New manager is rude. She tries to intimidate people. She threatens saying what we can or can not do without facts. She doesn't listen to tenants because she's on her own agenda. So glad when my lease is up. There is a lot of us looking for another place to live because they can't find any good managers for these apartments who can address issues with at least common sense. UPDATED 8/14/2026 9/1/2026 Out of respect for the tenants previously mentioned in this review, I am temporarily removing details though the review stands. I’ve lived at Windy Ridge for 8 years and in that time we’ve had maybe 9 managers. We have no maintenance now though the floaters Jessie and Ben are awesome!! Very professional and thorough! App was denied claiming lack of rental history but had MORE than app requested --- they're just taking app fees and scamming. No one will respond to anything. If the leasing is THIS bad, can't even imagine the management.
