UPDATED 12/19/2025 I’ve lived at Windy Ridge for 7 years. DO NOT MOVE HERE! In 7 years we’ve had 6-7 managers, more if you include the interim’s The property is poorly managed from the top! Dominium does not care about this property and definitely not their residents, especially long term residents!! The two ladies in the office are awesome! They kind and always ready to help! Haven't had many issues, but if so the maintenance man is always available and gets it taken care of! I'm comfortable!
Paula Perkins, is one of the most caring and heartfelt leasing consultants that has ever worked here! We've been at this complex for over 8 years. Since she's been here, Paula constantly goes above and beyond to do everything she can for her tenants. And future tenants. She puts herself in the shoes of the individual(s) she's helping and does everything she can to help and assist in every way possible. I’ve lived at Windy Ridge for 2 years and I’m very happy here. Jonathan the maintenance man is honestly the best part of this entire apartment complex. Every time I’ve put in a request, he shows up fast, gets things done right the first time, and is always respectful and professional. He truly cares about the residents and goes above and beyond. I’ve referred 2 people to this property just because of that.
