I've only just started my treatment but I am already really impressed by the kindness and patience shown by the whole team. I am a bit of a nervous patient but Dr Pakravan has gone out of his way to answer all my questions and has made me feel very comfortable with the treatment plan. The team on the front desk have also been very understanding and accommodating. I always feel welcomed and relaxed in the office and have confidence that we will achieve the desired results.
The staff at Windy City Orthodontics is friendly and always very helpful and patient with us as we struggle to schedule my high schooler's treatments.
Just got my braces off and for anyone thinking about ortho treatment this place is highly recommended.
I've been 2 year on my braces treatment experience and I can say that I highly recommend WCORD. I've been having a great service and work. Costumer service always as 5 stars service. Dr. P and Christin (I hope I spell the her name right) are always attend on every appointment. My treatment so far is going as the plan. Thank you Christin and Dr. P.
