I lived here with my wife for four years. We only moved because we had to move out of state for work. Windwood is an amazing place to live. I've lived in many apartments and the landlords/maintenence staff there are different and really genuinely care about their tenants and the property. The apartments are great too and the views beautiful and the location within Morgantown is pretty ideal. Wouldn't recommend living anywhere else in town.
We lived at Windwood for around 4 years. The apartments are great and well maintained, the staff/landlords are all incredible and always responsive, and it was a beautiful place to live.
Lived here for 7 years. Nothing but great experiences and services. From simple questions to maintenance issues, there were always quick responses. We loved having a quiet place to live and step outside the door for walks.
I’m a former tenant of Windwood during my time living in Morgantown and I cannot say enough about how great my experience was. Location is fantastic, everyone I worked with was kind and efficient to deal with for any questions I had, and my unit was great. To anyone moving to Morgantown, this would be my first and only recommendation.
Seems nice but apparently there’s a bit of a homeless problem there.
