I've used Windvest to fund 3 projects as of the writing of this review. Each time the level of customer service was beyond expectation. They work quickly and make it very easy to do business with them. Our first transaction with them was for a small (14 unit) apartment complex in Tennessee. Excellent Hard Money Lender, one of the best in San Diego. Andre and his team are super diligent and want you to be a successful partner. They provide continuing documentation and education on how to accurately assess as-is property values, repair estimates, and after repair valuations. Very hands on lender. Would recommend to any investor.
